New Colorado-Based Specialty Grocer Opening in Greenwood Village/Cherry Hills

As reported in the Colorado Real Estate Journal, CB Richard Ellis’s Jon Weisiger represented Two Mile Ranch Market – a new Colorado-based specialty grocery store -  in leasing a 22,500 SF space in Greenwood Village’s Cherry Hills Marketplace retail center.  According to the article, the store is scheduled to open August 1 and will sell specialty grocery products, meats and seafood.  It sounds like it offers more value-oriented  pricing than similar competitors like Whole Foods??.  The space was formerly occupied by Wild Oats.  The 200,000 SF Cherry Hills Market place is located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Orchard Road and is owned by Cherry Hills Marketplace LLC.  Other tenants include TJ Maxx Home Goods, Ross Dress for Less and Old Navy.

  1. Sounds like an interesting concept for the location - good intercept of traffic from Cherry Hills/GWV to Whole Foods in Southglenn - if they truly are value oriented, it will fit great with TJ MAxx, Ross and Old Navy - my wife will be in heaven!
